Alliance for the Advancement of Applied Health Economics
A3HE is an international network of experts who share an interest in the advancement of applied health economics. Members of A3HE share the belief that there is a case for better use of economic thinking and insights in health care, and that there is a strong case for embedding new and existing insights into a broader normative and institutional framework of health care delivery.
The approach of A3HE is intended to be synergistic with the work of international and national associations concerned with the use of economic thinking for the enhancement of health policy. The approach of A3HE is complementary to the efforts of others and fully respectful of all initiatives in this area.
